Sal 37:1

Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

De David. Ne t'échauffe pas contre les méchants, ne jalouse pas les artisans de fausseté

Sal 37:2

For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

Fa hojinjana faingana tahaka ny ahitra izy ka halazo tahaka ny ahi-maitso.

Fa hojinjana faingana tahaka ny ahitra ireny, ka halazo tahaka ny ahi-maitso.

vite comme l' herbe ils sont fanés, flétris comme le vert des prés.

Sal 37:3

Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

Matokia an' i Jehovah ianao, ka manaova soa, dia honina amin' ny tany ianao ka ho faly amin' ny fahamarinana.

BETH Matokia an' ny Tompo, ary manaova soa; monena amin' ny tany ary manarana fo amin' ny fahatokiany.

Compte sur Yahvé et agis bien, habite la terre et vis tranquille,

Sal 37:4

Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Ary miravoravoa amin' i Jehovah ianao, dia homeny anao izay irin' ny fonao.

Iaveh no ataovy firavoravoanao, dia omeny anao izay irin' ny fonao.

mets en Yahvé ta réjouissance il t' accordera plus que les désirs de ton coeur.

Sal 37:5

Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Ankino amin' i Jehovah ny lalanao, ary matokia Azy, fa hataony tanteraka.

GHIMEL Ankino amin' ny Tompo ny anjaranao, dia matokia, azy, fa dia hanao izy;

Remets ton sort à Yahvé, compte sur lui, il agira;

Sal 37:6

And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

Ary hampiseho ny fahamarinanao tahaka ny mazava Izy, ary ny rariny ho anao tahaka ny mitataovovonana.

hataony mamirapiratra toy ny mazava ny fahamarinanao; ary tahaka ny andro mitatao vovonana ny fanananao ny rariny.

il produira ta justice comme le jour, comme le midi ton droit.

Sal 37:7

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

Miantombena tsara miandry an' i Jehovah ianao ka manantenà Azy; Aza tezitra amin' izay ambinina amin' ny lalany dia amin' izay olona manao sain-dratsy.

DALETH Mitoera amim-pahanginana, eo anatrehan' ny Tompo ary manantenà azy; aza tezitra noho ny amin' izay ambinina amin' ny làlany, dia ny olona mahomby amin' ny tetik' adiny.

Sois calme devant Yahvé et attends-le, ne t'échauffe pas contre le parvenu, l' homme qui use d' intrigues.

Sal 37:8

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

Mitsahara amin' ny fahatezerana, ary mahafoiza ny fahavinirana; aoka tsy hirehitra ny fahatezeranao; fa ratsy no hiafaran' izany.

HE Atsaharo ny hatezerana, halaviro ny havinirana; aza misafoaka foana ka hipaka amin' ny ratsy.

Trêve à la colère, renonce au courroux, ne t'échauffe pas, ce n' est que mal;

Sal 37:9

For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.

Fa ny mpanao ratsy hofongoro-na; Ary izay miandry an' i Jehovah no handova ny tany.

Fa ny ratsy fanahy hofongorana; ary izay matoky an' ny Tompo no hanana ny tany.

car les méchants seront extirpés, qui espère Yahvé possédera la terre.

Sal 37:10

For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

Fa rehefa afaka kelikely, dia tsy hisy ny ratsy fanahy; Handinika ny fonenany ianao, fa tsy ho hita izy.

VAV Raha afaka kelikely foana dia tsy ho eo intsony ny ratsy fanahy; mijery ny fitoerany hianao, fa efa nanjavona izy.

Encore un peu, et plus d' impie, tu t' enquiers de sa place, il n' est plus;

Sal 37:11

But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Fa ny mpandefitra kosa no handova ny tany ka hiravoravo amin' ny haben' ny fiadanana.

Ny malemy fanahy no hanana ny tany; ka ho finaritra mankafy fiadanana lehibe.

mais les humbles posséderont la terre, réjouis d' une grande paix.

Sal 37:12

The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

Ny ratsy fanahy manao hevi-dratsy hamelezana ny maraina ka mihidy vazana aminy.

ZAIN Ny ratsy fanahy namoron-tsain-dratsy, hamelezana ny marina, sady manidy vazana aminy.

L' impie complote contre le juste et grince des dents contre lui;

Sal 37:13

The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.

Ny tompo mihomehy azy, satria hitany fa ho tonga ny androny.

Fa ny Tompo kosa mihomehy ny ratsy fanahy, satria hitany fa tonga ny androny.

le Seigneur se moque de lui, car il voit venir son jour.

Sal 37:14

The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.

Ny ratsy fanahy nampitsoaka ny sabany ka nanenjana ny tsipìkany mba hampikarapoka ny ory sy ny malahelo, ary hamono ny mahitsy lalana.

HETH Ny ratsy fanahy manatsoaka ny sabany, manenjana ny tsipìkany handavo ny ory sy ny malahelo, hamono izay mahitsy làlana.

Les impies tirent l'épée, ils tendent l' arc, pour égorger l' homme droit, pour renverser le pauvre et le petit;

Sal 37:15

Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.

Ny sabany hitsatoka amin' ny fony ihany, ary ny tsipìkany ho tapatapaka.

Ny sabany hiditra amin' ny fony ihany; ary ny tsipìkany ho tapatapaka!

l'épée leur entrera au coeur et leurs arcs seront brisés.

Sal 37:16

A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

Tsara lavitra ny kely ananan' ny ratsy fanahy maro.

TETH Aleo ny kely ananan' ny olo-marina, toy izay ny be ananan' ny olon-dratsy maro;

Mieux vaut un peu pour le juste que tant de fortune pour l' impie;

Sal 37:17

For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous.

Fa ny sandrin' ny ratsy fanahy ho tapatapaka; Fa Jehovah manohana ny marina.

fa ny sandrin' ny mpanao ratsy, ho tapatapaka; ary ny olo-marina kosa hotohanan' ny Tompo.

car les bras de l' impie seront brisés, mais Yahvé soutient les justes.

Sal 37:18

The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever.

Fantatr' i Jehovah ny andron' ny mahitsy; Ary ny lovany ho mandrakizay.

YOD Fantatry ny Tompo ny andron' ny marina; ary ny lovany haharitra mandrakizay.

Yahvé connaît les jours des parfaits, éternel sera leur héritage;

Sal 37:19

They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Tsy mba ho menatra amin' ny andro fahoriana ireny; ary amin' ny taona mosarena dia ho voky izy.

Tsy mba menatra izy amin' ny andron' ny fahoriany; ary ho voky amin' ny taona mosarena.

pas de honte pour eux aux mauvais jours, dans la famine ils seront rassasiés.

Sal 37:20

But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.

Fa ny ratsy fanahy haringana, ary ny fahavalon' i Jehovah ho tahaka ny voninahitry ny saha; Ho levona izy, eny, ho levon-ko setroka izy.

KAPH Fa ny ratsy fanahy kosa levona; ny fahavalon' ny Tompo hanahaka ny voninahitry ny tanim-bilona ho lasan-ko setroka ireny, dia ho levona.

Cependant les impies périront, eux, les ennemis de Yahvé; ils s' en iront comme la parure des prés, en fumée ils s' en iront.

Sal 37:21

The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.

Misambotra ny ratsy fanahy, nefa tsy manohitra; Fa ny marina kosa mamindra fo ka manome.

LAMED Ny ratsy fanahy misambotra, nefa tsy mamerina, fa ny marina kosa be antra ka manome.

L' impie emprunte et ne rend pas, le juste a pitié, il donne;

Sal 37:22

For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.

Fa izay tahìny no handova ny tany; Ary izay ozoniny kosa no hofongorana.

Izay tahin' ny Tompo hanana ny tany; izay ozoniny dia hofongorina.

ceux qu' il bénit posséderont la terre, ceux qu' il maudit seront extirpés.

Sal 37:23

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.

Avy amin' i Jehovah no mahalavorary ny dian' ny olona, ka Izy no mankasitraka ny lalany.

MEM Iaveh no mahamafy ny dian' ny olo-marina; ary mankasitraka ny làlany.

Yahvé mène les pas de l' homme, ils sont fermes et sa marche lui plaît;

Sal 37:24

Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.

Na dia lavo aza izy, tsy dia mikarapoka, fa Jehovah no mitantana azy.

Raha lavo aza izy tsy mba miampatra amin' ny tany; Fa Iaveh mitantana azy.

quand il tombe, il ne reste pas terrassé, car Yahvé le soutient par la main.

Sal 37:25

I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

Efa mba tanora ihany aho, ary efa antitra ankehitriny; Fa tsy mbola hitako mangataka hanina.

NUN Efa tanora ihany aho; ary indro antitra ankehitriny; fa tsy mba hitako nafoy izay olo-marina, na ny taranany nangataka hanina.

J'étais jeune, et puis j' ai vieilli, je n' ai pas vu le juste abandonné, ni sa lignée cherchant du pain.

Sal 37:26

He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.

Miantra mandrakariva ireny ka mampisambotra; ary ny taranany hotahina.

Antra olona mandrakariva izy ka mampisambotra; ary mahazo fanambinana ny taranany.

Tout le jour il a pitié, il prête, sa lignée sera en bénédiction!

Sal 37:27

Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.

Halaviro ny ratsy, ka manaova soa. Dia honina mandrakizay ianao.

SAMECH Halaviro ny ratsy ary manaova ny tsara, dia mitoera mandrakizay ao am-ponenanao.

Evite le mal, agis bien, tu auras une habitation pour toujours;

Sal 37:28

For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Fa Jehovah tia rariny sady tsy hahafoy ny olony masina; Harovana mandrakizay ireo; Fa taranaky ny ratsy fanahy hofongorana,

Fa tian' ny Tompo ny rariny, ary tsy foiny ny olo-miraiki-po aminy. Eo ambany fiambenany mandrakariva ireny, fa ny taranaky ny ratsy fanahy kosa hofongorana.

car Yahvé aime le droit, il n' abandonne pas ses amis. Les malfaisants seront détruits à jamais et la lignée des impies extirpée;

Sal 37:29

The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

Ny marina handova ny tany Ka honina ao aminy mandrakizay

Hanana ny tany ny olo-marina, dia honina eo mandrakizay.

les justes posséderont la terre, là ils habiteront pour toujours.

Sal 37:30

The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.

Ny vavan' ny marina miresaka fahendrena, Ary ny lelany manambara ny rariny.

PHE Milaza fahendrena ny vavan' ny marina; ary manambara ny rariny ny lelany,

La bouche du juste murmure la sagesse et sa langue dit le droit;

Sal 37:31

The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.

Ny lalàn' Andriamaniny no ao am-pony; Tsy mba ho solafaka ny diany.

ny lalàn' Andriamaniny dia ao am-pony, tsy mba solafaka ny diany.

la loi de son Dieu dans son coeur, ses pas ne chancellent point.

Sal 37:32

The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.

Mitsikilo ny marina ny ratsy fanahy ka mitady hahafaty azy.

TSADE Ny ratsy fanahy mitsikilo ny marina, ka mitady izay hahafaty azy;

L' impie guette le juste et cherche à le faire mourir;

Sal 37:33

The Lord will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

Jehovah tsy hahafoy azy eo an-tanany. Na hanameloka azy, raha tsaraina izy.

fa Iaveh tsy mahafoy azy ho eo an-tànany; ary tsy manameloka azy, raha avy izay hitsarana azy.

à sa main Yahvé ne l' abandonne, ne le laisse en justice condamner.

Sal 37:34

Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

Miandrasa an' i Jehovah, ka tandremo ny lalàny, dia hanandratra anao handova ny tany Izy; Ho faly hahita ny hamongorana ny ratsy fanahy ianao.

KOPH Miandrasa an' ny Tompo, ary araho ny làlany, dia hanandratra anao izy, ka hanana ny tany hianao; raha avy izay hamongorana ny ratsy fanahy, dia ho hitanao izany.

Espère Yahvé et observe sa voie, il t' exaltera pour que tu possèdes la terre tu verras les impies extirpés.

Sal 37:35

I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.

Efa hitako ny ratsy fanahy, fa loza loatra izy, ary nandrahaka tahaka ny hazo maitso maniry ho azy;

RESCH Nahita ny tsy mpivavaka efa mby eo amin' ny fanaperam-pahefana aho, nisandrahaka tahaka ny hazo maitso maniry izy.

J' ai vu l' impie forcené s'élever comme un cèdre du Liban;

Sal 37:36

Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.

Kanjo nandalo izy ka, indro, tsy teo intsony; Ary nitady azy ka, tsy hita izy.

Nandalo aho dia tsy teo intsony izy; nitady azy aho fa tsy hita intsony izy.

je suis passé, voici qu' il n'était plus, je l' ai cherché, on ne l' a pas trouvé.

Sal 37:37

Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

Diniho ny mahitsy, ka jereo ny marina; Fa misy farany ho an' ny olona tia fihavanana.

SCHIN Mba diniho kosa ange ny marina, ka jereo ny mahitsy; fa manam-para mandimby ny olona tia fihavanana.

Regarde le parfait, vois l' homme droit il y a pour le pacifique une postérité;

Sal 37:38

But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.

Fa ny mpanota haringana avokoa; Ny hihafaran' ny ratsy fanahy ho fongotra.

Fa ny mpikomy kosa haringana avokoa; ny taranaky ny ratsy fanahy hofongorina.

mais les pécheurs seront tous anéantis, la postérité des impies extirpée.

Sal 37:39

But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

Fa ny famonjena ny marina dia avy amin' i Jehovah; Fiarovana mafy ho azy amin' ny andro fahoriana Izy.

THAV Avy amin' ny Tompo no ihavian' ny famonjena ny marina; mpiaro azy amin' ny andron' ny fahoriana izy.

Le salut des justes vient de Yahvé, leur lieu fort au temps de l' angoisse;

Sal 37:40

And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

Ary Jehovah mamonjy azy sy manafaka azy; eny, manafaka azy amin' ny ratsy fanahy Izy ka mamonjy azy, satria nialoka taminy izy.

Iaveh no tonga manampy sy manafaka azy; manafaka amin' ny ratsy fanahy sy mamonjy azy izy, satria izy no nataony fototry ny fitokiany.

Yahvé les aide et les délivre, il les délivrera des impies, il les sauvera quand ils s' abritent en lui.
